Matthew has been associated with the Not-for-Profit sector for over 40 years being on various organisational Boards and Church based Committees.

Matthew has been serving on the Crossway Group Finance and Risk Committee for the last 17 years, including a six-year period as Chair. His passion is for organisations to have appropriate financial stewardship and compliance with the funds entrusted to them.

Prior to transitioning to the Not-for-Profit sector in 2015 he was a senior executive and manager in the commercial services, operational and industry manufacturing sector.  These were iconic organisations such as Brickwood (PACT Group), Chubb, Gale Pacific, Nylex, ABB and ICI (Orica).
