Brendan joined the FOFA team in 2022, first as Assistant Secretary and now volunteers as Committee Secretary and occasional Friday afternoon cleaning crew.

Brendan’s background is in food manufacturing and engineering, with a strong focus on sustainability, and waste minimisation. As such, he feels great purpose helping FOFA’s mission in reducing waste and fighting food poverty within Victoria.

When not working, Brendan loves spending time with family, cooking up a storm in the kitchen and playing a variety of instruments, table tennis, and Chinese lion dancing.
