Ann joined FOFA in September 2023, volunteering in the kitchen on Fridays and the occasional barbeque or cooking demonstration.  Having joined the committee during September 2024.

Ann currently orders packaging/cleaning materials and bulk dry goods for the pantry. Ann absolutely loves her days spent in the kitchen and particularly loves the presentation and quality of the food produced from what would have otherwise been disposed of.

Ann’s background is a mixture of finance roles such as administration, accounts receivable, payable, payroll, customer service in the Banking, WorkCover, FMCG, Transport, Retail and TAFE sectors.

Ann is qualified in Commercial Cookery, Food Technology and Food Safety and has worked as a cook in Knox childcare as well as restaurants, catering companies, her own food distribution/catering business and  more recently as a barista/kitchen hand at The Mustard Tree Op Shop.

When not working or volunteering, Ann is usually enjoying some live music or chasing the elusive Elvis, catching up with friends or travelling.
